During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed with its cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and helpful staff. The hotel was well-kept, with spotless rooms and public areas. Additionally, the location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and a nearby supermarket. Finally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay.

The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. There was a fridge and a microwave which was helpful for storing and heating up snacks. the location was convenient and close to restaurants and shops.

The noise level was unbearable. The walls were thin, and I could hear every noise from the adjacent rooms as well as outside.

Staff was helpful most of the time. 200 mb free internet per day.

our 3rd night stay there were a bunch of young ones staying in another room and they kept making terrible noise. I called reception at 11 pm and they said they would talk to them. Nothing changed, when I complained the next day they said they couldn't really do much about it. I think they should at least let us stay for free that night because we did not sleep at all, there were other guests that were complaining about the same thing

Very cold, no door on fire escape stairs so felt unsafe, no one showed us to room(just said up there at the end) no lighting on stairs. Signage regarding "drug use and alcohol use" very off putting, implies there is a problem here. not enough lighting outside. felt unsafe there.

Great value for money, modern tidy rooms. Easy to find. Happy that they have late check in

The ventilation fan in the bathroom didnt do a very good job. That was the only problem I had and thats just minor. Other than that I was very happy with sai motels and would definatly stay there again.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was exceptional, and it was a delight to come back to a clean and tidy space after a long day out exploring. The amenities provided, including the free wifi and parking, were a great bonus, especially for my teenage son who appreciated the Sky Sports channels on the TV. I also liked that the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to get around and visit the major places of interest in the area.

The overall experience was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

Very central - good location

Room wasn't that clean. I drop something on the floor and there was toilet paper under the bed. Pillows had dirty marks on them

Nice clean and simple room,excellent for the price,close to most things,very good for a budget motel, i would stay again.

For the weekend getaway, the room size was decent, and it was priced within our budget. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the fact that a microwave, basic kitchenware, and tea/coffee-making facilities were provided. The location was handy for our needs and had easy access to the main road.

The bathroom was quite small, and the shower area was cramped. , we had to carry our bags up two sets of rickety stairs without any help offered.
